- Workshops and intensives: Dive deeper into specific improv techniques, character work, or comedic storytelling with our immersive workshops and intensives.
- Drop-ins: Mental aerobics 1 hour drop-ins for the fun of it. We're into mental health so come relax with us and use improv to chill.
- Practice jams: Hone your skills and have fun in a relaxed, supportive environment with our weekly drop-in jams.

Her improv studies have led her to be a student at The Second City Chicago, Upright Citizens Brigade and The Magnet Theater in New York City. Her infectious laughter and boundless energy light up stages like the SteelStacks in Bethlehem, PA, where she performs with her improv team, Synced Up. But her dedication to improv extends far beyond the spotlight. As a coach, teacher, and corporate trainer, she empowers individuals and teams to tap into their own comedic genius and embrace the transformative power of "Yes, and..."

Erica Sylvester began her improv journey in 2012 she has trained at Upright Citizens Brigade and Magnet Theaters in New York City. She performs regularly with Synched Up, The Mister Sisters, and Staycation at ArtsQuest in Bethlehem, PA.
